Job Description

The Software Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving customer queries and analyzing software issues to recommend solutions. They will engage with clients via email and telephone. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for a broad variety of customers, assisting with functional questions and technical issues related to the Property Management X product suite. The analyst will listen to and empathize with clients, using troubleshooting skills and a positive attitude to meet their needs and deliver a professional experience.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and patience
  • Strong problem-solving skillset
  • Strong administration and time management skills
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft product suite knowledge
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with the property or software industry
  • Previous SQL experience

Working hours: 2:30pm - 11pm standard time and during daylight savings, 3:30pm - 12pm

MRI Software is seeking a Software Support Analyst to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa!   This individual will be responsible for resolving customer queries and will need to analyze software issues to recommend solutions, engaging with clients via email and telephone will be an integral part of this role. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for a broad variety of customers, assisting with a wide range of functional questions and technical issues.

This role specifically relates to the Property Management X product suite.

MRI Software will rely on YOU to listen to and empathize with our clients and to use your troubleshooting skills, positive attitude and technical savvy to meet their needs to deliver a consistent professional experience.

Skills/Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer-facing role

  • Professional communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate technical concepts (written and verbal)

  • The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Good interpersonal skills. Patience is essential

  • A strong problem-solving skillset

  • Strong administration and time management skills

  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft product suite

  • Familiarity with the property or software industry is a plus

  • Previous SQL experience is beneficial
