Job Summary: 

The Trading Support team is responsible for providing support on trading-related concerns and issues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Handles day-to-day players’ trading-related queries through Zendesk and ensures efficiency. 
    • Manual correction of settlement in connection to client complains
    • Data verification is done using different sources to check game/player statistics.
    • Monitoring game schedules and results (US Sports especially).
    • Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that any trading-related concerns are addressed
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

    • Experience in sports gaming and betting
    • Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules
    • Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in customer support
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Willing to work on shifting the schedule
