Summary

This is a 6-month trainee program for students interested in theatrical marketing. The program offers hands-on experience in various aspects of the film business, including sales data analysis, theater operations support, promotional material management, and assisting in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns across all theaters. Responsibilities also include collaborating with advertising agencies and internal marketing teams, assisting with Searchlight film promotion, translating English materials, writing English reports, monitoring social media, and supporting event setup. The program requires proficiency in basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and English (reading and writing, speaking is a plus). The ideal candidate will have strong interest in entertainment/film and be a team player.

職務内容:

セールスデータの管理・分析の補助
劇場業務全般ルーティンワークの補助
基本宣材、ポスターチラシ等の発送リスト及び在庫管理業務
全劇場対象の劇場宣伝プロモーション全般の企画・立案・実施の補助業務
優良劇場OOH作成の為、強力代理店及び社内マーケティング部と連携した制作進行管理業務
サーチライト作品の宣伝業務補助
英文作品資料・戦略資料の日本語翻訳
日本の宣伝活動の英文でのレポートまとめ（ワード、パワーポイント）
ソーシャルメディア上でのリアクションのチェック＆レポート
イベント設営サポート、業務連絡

必須条件:

基本的なPCスキル（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント等の操作）
英語力（writing, reading）、speaking出来れば尚可
エンターテイメント/映画ビジネスへの強い興味
チームの一員としての協調性と積極性
週15時間以上（20時間未満）勤務できる方
