About the Team Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organisation, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office EHS. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create inspiring spaces that foster collaboration and unleash the full potential of our teams. Responsibilities - Establish and implement workplace environment principles that reflect the company’s values and culture. - Ensure visual and aesthetic alignment with the organization’s cultural and employer branding guidelines. - Benchmark and optimize work efficiency standards across various parameters. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify workplace challenges and develop effective solutions. - Enhance workplace efficiency through the integration of technology and data analytics.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving mutual understanding. - A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to leverage team strengths. - Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams. - Open-minded and adaptable to change. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in a global organisation. - Experience and knowledge in workplace interior design and/or real estate-related hardware product management. - Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies. - Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and matrix organisation within a flat structure.
