Job Description

In this varied role, you will take over functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactor modules in national and international projects and ensure technical feasibility in the implementation from conception to system configuration.

This is what your workday could look like:

  • Ensure compliance with Austrian payroll laws and practices, including handling payroll-specific SAP HCM Payroll System modules (Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
  • Support of project teams in the creation of concepts and architectures in the area of SAP HCM Payroll System
  • Execution of necessary configurations in SAP HCM Payroll System according to the concept.
  • Cooperation in customer workshops and the preparation of results
  • Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to specify the desired innovations or new release functions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll / SAP EC Payroll and in implementation projects
  • Familiarity with HR processes, payroll and regulatory specifics.
  • Knowledge of Austrian payroll laws and practices, including handling payroll-specific SAP HCM Payroll System modules (Employee Central Payroll, Time Management, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English

Gross monthly salary depending on qualifications, experience and salary model starting with € 4.800
