here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join us.

what will you do?

    • own various metrics across buckets & DPD’s for field collections of the Zone & create field infrastructure for collections portfolio, ensuring highly efficient field collection framework
    • own end to end people management, team & vendor management with adequate performance tracking & ground routed strategy building
    • work with risk and front-end collection team for better insights & bring new innovative collections practices into foray
    • ensure highly customer centric field collections
    • examine strategic performance, spot emerging business & location opportunities, identify business threats/blockers, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans
    • develop business continuity plans, forecasting & maintain detailed reports to track performance against plans for the zone
    • lead a team of field collection managers & ensure that the overall deliverables are met
    • be aware of what is happening in the competition space and collection ecosystem and keep adding new ideas to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPAs

you should apply if you:

    • possess atleast 12 to15+ years of field collection experience in financial services (Soft collections knowledge is a plus)
    • have exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills and resource knowledge
    • have the ability to manage large teams, large portfolios & volumes with approach to coaching and training your team members
    • have the clear ability to see the bigger picture in mind and have the decisiveness to affect the long-term viability of the product
    • have the required knowledge and flare to work with new technology solutions and ability to get deep into problem solving of critical concerns
