Job Description

This is a senior-level role for a highly skilled concept artist to join a team developing a global, realistic AAA action game. Responsibilities include collaborating with the art director and core production team to define and implement the project's art direction; developing the game's world and visual style, including creating concept art for levels, props, and the overall IP; and contributing to the long-term exploration of the game's art style and aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional art principles, including composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, environments, architecture, and graphic design. Experience working in a AAA environment art team is highly preferred.

Must have:

Collaborate with art director and team
Develop game world's visual style
Concept art for levels & props
Strong traditional art skills
5+ years AAA game industry experience

Good to have:

Familiar with 3D software and engines

2.与3D美术有效合作，找到挑战性的概念解决方案；
3.强大的沟通能力以及对世界和地图创建的理解，能够接受并提出良好的建设性批评；
4.优秀的传统艺术功底，对构图、色彩理论、透视、灯光、环境、建筑、平面设计有很强的掌握；
5.5年以上游戏行业经验，拥有在 AAA 环境艺术团队工作经验者优先；
6.熟悉 3D 软件和引擎试用者优先。
