Job Description

Smilegate Holdings seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the planning and operation of Stove Indie's creative ecosystem model. Responsibilities include developing and expanding domestic and international creative ecosystem support programs and communities. The role demands managing creative infrastructure and environments for creators globally. Candidates need at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, advanced MS Office proficiency, and experience in the gaming/IT or content creation sectors. Additional skills in program planning, problem analysis, documentation (PowerPoint), and understanding of the gaming and content creation industries are crucial. Fluency in Mandarin or Taiwanese is a plus.

Must have:

5+ years relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Office proficiency
Gaming/IT or content creation experience
Program planning/operation experience
Problem analysis and documentation skills

Good to have:

Business Mandarin/Taiwanese
Game industry or game creation experience

자격요건

- 유관 업무경력 5년 이상 (대리/과장급) - 우수한 커뮤니케이션 스킬과 긍정적 마인드 - MS오피스 사용능력 상급 - 게임/IT 또는 콘텐츠 창작 관련 산업군 경력 - 프로그램 기획/운영 경력 - 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분

필요역량

- 인터뷰, 자료 조사 및 분석 등을 통한 문제 발굴/분석 능력 - 문제 해결 방안을 구조화된 문서로 작성할 수 있는 능력 (파워포인트 구성 및 작성 능력) - 게임 산업과 콘텐츠 창작에 대한 이해와 관심 보유 - 온/오프라인 지원 프로그램 및 행사의 기획 및 운영 능력

우대사항

- 비즈니스 대만/중국어가 가능하신 분 - 게임 업계 또는 게임 창작 관련 경력을 보유하신 분
