Job Description

As a System Engineer III, you will be an integral part of the IT Infra and Operations teams, delivering reliable services. You will be involved in the development process, ensuring excellent reliability. Key responsibilities include daily operation and maintenance of SaaS applications, configuring and supporting MRI applications, validating database backups, installing software updates, creating and modifying documentation, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong database administration, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have good communication, be a team player and leader, and enhance skills through collaboration with peers and teams.
Must have:
  • 4-7 years experience with BE or MCA.
  • Proficient on Oracle with DBA certifications.
  • Oracle DBA with strong DBA knowledge.
  • Working experience on Azure cloud environment.
  • Expert in Data Base Administration activities.
  • Good Knowledge of SQL and Stored procedures.
  • Good Communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Any Computer training certification is desirable.

Introduction

As a System Engineer III, you will work as an integral part of our IT Infra team as well as Operations team, to deliver reliable and robust services to our board customer base. You will be involved in every stage of the development process and take pride in delivering great new services with excellent reliability. You will bring onboard a strong sense of ownership and will thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day operation and maintenance  of SaaS applications.
  • Configure, maintain and support MRI applications using Microsoft Windows, SQL (Oracle).
  • Validate, correct, and maintain database backups.
  • Install new software releases, patches and system upgrades.
  • Create, update, audit and modify documentation as required.
  • Troubleshooting and issue fixes.
     

Skills & Other Requirements:

  • 4-7 Years of experience with qualifications BE or MCA , Computer Science, or a related area .
  • Proficient on Oracle with DBA certifications.
  • Oracle DBA with strong DBA knowledge, troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Working experience on Azure cloud environment.
  • Expert in Data Base Administration activities, troubleshooting DB/ oracle errors and DB scripting.
  • Good team player and leader
  • Good Knowledge of SQL and Stored procedures.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Strong attitude to enhance skills through collaboration with Peers and Teams.
  • Any Computer training certification is desirable.
  • Work in odd hours, UK and USA shifts on need basis.

Education: 

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related area
