As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager to deliver technology-driven solutions that align with our business goals. This is a hands-on role that will involve working across the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and documenting features to managing agile scrum ceremonies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with Product Manager (PM) to translate business goals into technological solutions that drive value.
Assist in managing Agile scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to inform the development of new features and enhancements.
Create and prioritize user stories, epics, and product backlog items for the development team, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
Document product features and functionality, providing clear, concise documentation to support development and QA efforts.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and make recommendations to elevate user experience and productivity for our applications.
Support the development and optimization of web applications and integrations, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance user experiences, and drive product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product releases.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and prioritize future development work.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a product management, business analysis, or related role (internship experience also considered).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing scrum ceremonies is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with creating user stories, epics, and feature documentation.
Working knowledge of API-based integrations.
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-centered design principles.
Experience with data platforms and web technologies.
Knowledge of web applications, software development processes, and digital product lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.

You'll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event.
You may be required to travel to events, as necessary.
Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
