About the Position

As a Brand Identity and Creative Director, you will
‣ Use your creative craft to understand consumer behavior and solve marketing problems.
‣ Bring strong visual, design, written and experiential acumen to our/client’s products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences.
‣ Create target audiences and buyer personas.
‣ Write up competitor analyses and understand their strengths and weaknesses.
‣ Work with Creative teams (in-house, consultants) to establish and articulate the brand identity, promise, and story.
‣ Present and refine brand strategies with the client and project managers.
Key Requirements
‣ Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in a creative role in an agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
‣ In-depth knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.
‣ Experience building D2C digital brand a plus.
