The ideal candidate possesses strong regulatory knowledge within financial services/capital markets, understands market risks and controls, and has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Project description

Operate as a Senior Business Analyst to drive global trade surveillance strategy and execution within the IT function, working closely with Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to develop product roadmaps.

Skills

Must have

6 to 9 years of total working experience is expected

Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience on trading surveillance and controls in financial services / capital markets

Experience working with compliance legal business and technology

Understand markets risks and controls (e.g., ASIC/Audit/Compliance within Markets divisions)

Excellent communication skills, organized and able to manage stakeholders in different areas (legal/compliance/business/technology)

Experience investigating root causes and identifying weaknesses providing input to remediate and strengthening core framework
