About ebay Advertising:

The eBay Advertising team is responsible for managing and enabling advertising solutions on the eBay platform. This includes developing and executing advertising strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing advertising to drive maximum value for eBay's customers. Additionally, the eBay Ads team is mainly responsible for partnering with retailers and brands to help them reach their visibility and sales goals on eBay.

What you will accomplish:

  • Monitor and optimize overall cpc campaign performance, drive upgrade revenue.

  • Supporting and coordinating with the account manager to understand seller targets to reach defined KPI and provide recommendations.

  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes

  • Understand the economics of assigned verticals, sales structures, and seller goals, margins etc.

  • Meet quarterly goals vs. building long-term relationships with sellers

  • multiple and cross functional stakeholder management

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, digital advertising, account management, CPC expertise such as google ads.

  • Previous experience growing, scaling, and supervising campaigns

  • Exceptional organized structured approach, data driven, and client service skills

  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Solid experience of statistical tools such as excel, Airtable, power point.
