The mission of this role is to continuously improve the ITSM Change Management process and drive its adoption within the IT Infrastructure organization. The primary goal is to ensure all changes to services are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal risk and maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include advocating for operational requirements, optimizing ServiceNow tooling, creating work instructions, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating CAB/CCB meetings, and communicating changes to all stakeholders. This position requires a Master's Degree in Information Technology or related fields, several years of ITSM experience with a focus on Change Management in infrastructure environments, ITIL certification, and strong knowledge of ServiceNow and PowerBI. Business fluency in English is essential, with German being a plus. Strong IT affinity, planning and organizational skills, risk management familiarity, and the ability to communicate effectively between IT and business are also required.
