Working with a number of stakeholders in the Indonesia office, and across dentsu in Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for leading and driving the evolution of dentsu’s brand positioning, bringing to life a compelling and differentiated market position that accelerates opportunities with target audiences. In addition to driving external positioning, it is equally important to develop and promote the employee brand value proposition and ensure it’s engaging and understood by prospective and current employees.
Your primary focus will be to build equity into our brand proposition and keep our brands front of mind with clients and prospects. You will build, manage and socialise the external communication strategy and build key relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and reputation building. You will drive the communications strategic direction for Indonesia in alignment to market priorities, identifying opportunities to utilise and balance both dentsu’s global agency and communications strategies.
