Job Description

PlayStation is hiring a C++ developer with 3+ years of experience to design and implement middleware for video streaming services. Experience with C++ advanced features, debugging existing code, and understanding of video codecs, DRM, and network streaming is required.

Must have:

C++ Software Design
C++ Implementation
C++ Advanced Features
C++ Code Debugging

Good to have:

UNIX OS Multi-Process
UNIX OS Multi-Thread
GPU Graphics Processing
Video Codec Understanding

動画と音楽の最新技術についてend to endで理解し、コードを実装できるエンジニアとしてご活躍ください。

C++を用いたライブラリやSDKの開発をお任せします。

当組織は、PlayStationプラットフォームのシステムソフトウェアおよびPlayStation®Networkのネットワークサービスを開発・運用する部門の中で、ビデオ/ミュージックの再生機能の開発およびシステムインテグレーションを担当しています。

■求められるスキル・技術領域/Skills and Qualifications

【必須（MUST）】

・C/C++でのソフトウェア設計・実装経験3年以上

・C++の高級機能から適切な手段を選択し、正確さ・効率を意識してコーディングに取り組める。

・C++の既存のコードについて、デバッグができる

【歓迎（WANT）】

・C言語とCPUの関係と動作原理の基礎理解

・UNIX系OSのマルチプロセス、マルチスレッドを用いた機能の設計・実装経験

・動画のコーデック、コンテナ、ネットワークストリーミング、DRMの仕様理解・興味関心

・GPUを使ったグラフィックス処理の開発経験・興味関心
