Consultant (m/f/d)

In unserem Advanced Solutions Team (AST) beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Einkaufsverhalten von Shoppern und entwickeln innovative Beratungskonzepte für unterschiedliche Hersteller aus der FMCG-Branche, Retail als auch aus dem Travel & Entertainment Bereich.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine:n Consultant (m/w/d) mit quantitativem Fokus. Sie erwartet eine spannende Rolle, in der Sie eigenständig Forschungsprojekte konzipieren, analysieren und Kunden mit fundierten Insights unterstützen.

Aufgabenbereich:

• Ansprechpartner & Beratung (intern/extern) in quantitativer Adhoc-Marktforschung
• Eigenständige Betreuung und Konzeption, Durchführung und Analyse von Projekten
• Erstellung von Konzeptvorschlägen sowie interne und externe Beratung, bzgl. der zur Kunden-Fragestellung passenden Analyseauswahl
• Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse und strategische Empfehlungen inkl. Ergebnispräsentation
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams

Ihr Profil

Sie überzeugen als eine kommunikations- und kontaktstarke Persönlichkeit und fühlen sich wohl mit Menschen und Daten zu arbeiten. Dabei fällt es Ihnen leicht sich in die Kundenbedürfnisse hineinzuversetzen und dadurch Empfehlungen und Strategien abzuleiten.

Sie sind engagiert, haben Teamgeist und besitzen hohe analytische Fähigkeiten. Sie haben Spaß daran, interessante Erkenntnisse aus datenbasierten Ergebnissen herauszuarbeiten und scheuen sich nicht, vor anderen Menschen zu Präsentieren.

Folgende fachliche Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im wirtschafts-/sozialwissenschaftlichen Bereich, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Marktforschung, Marketing, Psychologie, Sozial- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Adhoc-Marktforschung
• Ausgeprägte analytische Skills
• Visuelle Darstellung und Präsentation (PowerPoint) der Ergebnisse
• Statistikkenntnisse und quantitativen Methoden, MS Office, SPSS
• Deutsch als Muttersprache und (sehr) gute Englischkenntnisse
