Job Description
The System Analyst will be responsible for interacting with product team members (developers, testers, architects, product owners, and business analysts). They will promote systems analysis team practices, analyze new business processes and design solutions, and collaborate with architects and engineering managers on refactoring and designing new architectural solutions. The role involves investigating dependencies, evaluating risks, researching current implementations, and detecting discrepancies. The ideal candidate should possess strong systems analytics skills, the ability to quickly learn new domains, and understanding of architectural patterns, along with proficiency in task management and documentation tools. They must also be able to assess risks and communicate effectively in both business and technical language. The candidate should be able to work both independently and in teams.
Must have:
- Synchronous integrations: REST API/WebSoket
- Asynchronous integrations: Kafka/AMQP
- Analysis and design of relational DB structures
- Basic reading skills in any programming languages
- Modeling notations: UML/ArchiMate/C4
- Strong systems analytics skills
- Ability to quickly learn new domain zones
- Understanding basic architectural patterns
- Experience with task management and documentation tools
- Ability to evaluate tasks and work with priorities
- Ability to assess risks and identify solutions
- Russian and English language B2 - C2 level
- Ability to communicate in business and technical language
- Strong communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience in iGaming
- Experience in using AI tools in work
- Experience working on cross-team projects
- Understanding/experience with any NoSQL DB
- Experience working in emerging teams

Key responsibilities:
- Interaction with all roles in the product team - developers, testers, architects, product owners, business analysts
- Promotion and development of systems analysis team practices in the product team
- Analysis of new business processes/changes, and design of solutions
- Joint work with the architect and engineering manager on refactoring and design of new architectural solutions
- Investigate dependencies and risks and evaluate new changes
- Research of current implementations, restoration of documentation, and detection of discrepancies in implementation and business processes
Requirements:
- Synchronous integrations: REST API/WebSoket
- Asynchronous integrations: Kafka/AMQP
- Analysis and design of relational DB structures
- Basic reading skills in any programming languages
- Modeling notations: UML/ArchiMate/C4
- Strong systems analytics skills (thinking at the level of system behavior)
- Ability to quickly learn new domain zones
- Understanding basic architectural patterns (monolith, microservices, SAGA, outbox, etc.)
- Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar systems) and documentation tools (Confluence and similar systems)
- Ability to evaluate tasks and work with the priorities of assigned tasks
- Ability to assess risks in assigned tasks and identify possible solutions
- Russian and English language B2 - C2 level
- Ability to communicate in business language and technical language
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work alone and in pairs/groups
