Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Futurelab seeks a Service Planning Specialist for their creative learning mobile app. Responsibilities include user research and data analysis for service planning; defining core platform features (creative learning content, rewards, SNS, LMS); designing service flows; establishing community management, reward systems, and content policies; supporting initial service planning and launch; setting KPIs; and deriving data-driven improvement strategies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mobile app service planning (PM/PO) experience and a deep understanding of children and adolescent users (10-13 years old).
Must have:
- 5+ years mobile app service planning experience
- Data-driven decision making and problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of children/adolescents (10-13)
- Experience with educational apps or apps for children/adolescents
Good to have:
- Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Proto.io)
- Experience with KPI setting and data-driven improvement
- Experience in initial service and product planning & launching
- Ability to work collaboratively through systematic documentation

1) 사용자 리서치 및 데이터 분석을 통한 서비스 기획
2) 어린이 창의학습 플랫폼의 핵심 기능(창작 학습 컨텐츠, 보상, SNS, LMS 등) 정의 및 서비스 플로우 설계
3) 커뮤니티 운영, 보상 시스템, 콘텐츠 관리 등 서비스 정책 수립
4) 베타 테스트 운영 및 교육자 활용 가이드 마련 등 초기 서비스 기획 및 출시 관련 제반 업무 지원
5) KPI 설정 및 데이터 기반 개선 방안 도출
자격요건
5년 이상의 모바일앱 서비스기획(PM/PO) 경험
필요역량
1) 플랫폼 서비스 기획 프로세스에 대한 전반적인 이해와 실무 경험
2) 데이터 기반의 의사결정과 문제해결 능력
3) 다양한 이해관계자와 논리적이고 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
4) 10-13세 어린이/청소년 사용자에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
우대사항
1) 교육 관련 앱 또는 어린이/청소년 대상 앱 기획 경험
2) 데이터를 활용한 주요지표 및 인사이트 도출 경험
3) 초기 서비스 및 프로덕트 기획 및 런칭 경험
4) 프로토타이핑 툴(Figma, Proto.io 등) 활용 능력
5) 체계적인 문서화를 통한 협업이 가능하신 분
