Job Description

This role focuses on improving custom silicon assembly and test manufacturing efficiency, yield, and product quality at Google. Responsibilities include developing data-driven solutions, utilizing statistical analysis and machine learning to analyze semiconductor production data, creating automated data pipelines and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, scripting languages (Python), data visualization, and building automated data pipelines. A background in semiconductor manufacturing and testing is preferred. The position involves analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, predicting potential issues, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
2+ years program management experience
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
Data visualization and automated data pipeline experience
Statistical analysis and machine learning knowledge

Good to have:

Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineering
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms in manufacturing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation, and experience with data visualization tools and techniques and building and maintaining automated data pipelines.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and testing.
Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, or Product Engineering related industries.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications in manufacturing.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve custom silicon assembly and test manufacturing efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets of semiconductor production data, identify trends, and predict potential issues.
Create automated data pipelines and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop data analysis strategies, and communicate findings effectively.
