Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering vehicles directly to customers' homes or workplaces. This role ensures a seamless and exceptional customer experience, from delivery to follow-up. Responsibilities include professional vehicle handover, explaining vehicle features, addressing customer questions and concerns, managing delivery schedules and logistics, acting as a chaser for other specialists, and providing feedback to improve processes. You'll work closely with a larger sales, service, and delivery team, requiring strong cooperation and a one-team mentality to achieve targets. The position involves flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed. This part-time role has the potential to become full-time.

You are part of a larger sales, service and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all operations. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver vehicles to customers' home or work addresses, providing a professional and positive handover experience.
  • Ensure customers are familiar with their new vehicles by explaining features, functions, and benefits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
  • Act as a chaser to pick up other customer experience specialists, ensuring timely and efficient coordination.
  • Manage delivery schedules and logistics to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and delivery teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Full UKdriving licence with no more than 6 points.
