Job Title: CVP, Head of Global Alliances

Location:  US-Remote with ability to travel up to 40%

Overview 

The CVP, Head of Global Alliances will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that drives growth and innovation through collaborations with Global System Integrators (GSIs), Vertical Field Alliances, and technology partners. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and managing high-impact partnerships that enhance business value and expand market reach.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Lead the creation and execution of a global partnership strategy that aligns with BlueYonder's business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with GSIs, Vertical Field partners, and technology companies to drive mutual growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations

Execution and Delivery:
  • Oversee the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into BlueYonder's offerings, enhancing customer value
  • Monitor partnership performance and drive continuous improvement through regular reviews and feedback

Market Growth and Innovation:
  • Identify new market opportunities and innovative solutions through strategic alliances
  • Foster collaboration with partners to co-develop and co-market solutions that address industry challenges and customer needs
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market penetration

Leadership and Team Management:
  • Build and lead a high-performing Global Alliances team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve strategic objectives
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team and across partner organizations
  • Represent BlueYonder at industry events and conferences, promoting the value of strategic alliances

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role focused on strategic partnerships and alliances, preferably within the technology or supply chain sectors
  • Strong understanding of Global System Integrators, Vertical Field alliances, and technology ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through innovative partnership strategies
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams

The base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $280,000

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
