- Advanced Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio skills
- Data analysis, reporting, and insight-driven solution skills
- Collaboration with internal/client teams on digital strategies
- Experience with Digital Analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics)
- Coordination with developers on tracking and measurement solutions
- Adobe Experience Platform, Tableau, Qlik Sense knowledge
- HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge
- Data layer design and eCommerce event tracking experience
- Understanding of web/mobile development lifecycle
- Wordpress CMS knowledge

Sarai coinvolto con crescenti responsabilità nelle seguenti attività:
- Collaborazione con team interni e clienti per sviluppare strategie digitali integrate che migliorino le performance delle property digitali dei nostri clienti.
- Monitoraggio, analisi e interpretazione dei dati per fornire insight che supportino decisioni strategiche e ottimizzazioni delle campagne.
- Utilizzo di strumenti di Digital Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Tealium IQ, ecc.) per monitorare e migliorare le performance dei progetti.
- Coordinamento con sviluppatori e altri stakeholder tecnici per implementare e testare soluzioni di tracciamento e misurazione delle performance.
- Mantenimento un approccio flessibile e proattivo, adattandosi rapidamente alle diverse esigenze dei clienti e dei progetti.
Your unique strengths
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anni in agenzia, con un background in Digital Analytics.
- Conoscenza avanzata di strumenti come Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Tealium IQ. Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di piattaforme enterprise di digital marketing, BI e data visualization come Adobe Experience Platform, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Datorama.
- Conoscenza base di HTML, CSS e Javascript. Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza nella progettazione e manutenzione di data layer, e di deploy di tracciamento eventi eCommerce.
- Conoscenza base del flusso di sviluppo di un progetto web/mobile, dal design al go-live.
- Competenze nell’analisi dei dati, interpretazione dei report e proposta di soluzioni basate su insight.
- Capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente, gestendo le priorità in modo efficace.
- Atteggiamento proattivo, flessibilità mentale e desiderio di imparare in contesti dinamici.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team.
- Conoscenza base di CMS, es. Wordpress, (opzionale ma preferibile)
