Position Overview:VX Media is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist in driving our influencer marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate needs to have an understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and influencer relations. This role is integral to the successful execution of our marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis. The intern will assist in building relationships with influencers, artists, and brands while developing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility.

 

This hands-on role provides an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the intersection of PR, marketing, and influencer partnerships, and eager to contribute to high-impact, creative marketing solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in influencer marketing, PR, and digital strategies. Analyze competitors' campaigns to help inform and optimize VX Media’s marketing approach.
  • Pitch Deck & Presentation Support: Assist in the creation and curation of PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for client pitches, ensuring they are visually compelling, strategically sound, and align with overall brand objectives.
  • Brand Campaign Coordinations: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Contribute to ideation, strategy, and storytelling for targeted campaigns.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, channel updates, and marketing strategies, ensuring our pitches are innovative and relevant in today’s digital landscape.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and team members to provide research, content suggestions, and performance data that improve the quality of pitch presentations and client meetings.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and email marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Influencer & Talent Relations Assistance: Assists in communication with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand goals and key messaging with talent managers. Support in the negotiation of gifting collaborations and event coordinations.
  • Market Positioning and Outreach: Help on company outreach plan and execution, making sure of strategies and constant reporting to the management team.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Preferably Master degree.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or PR is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the understanding of influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive messaging for diverse audiences.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva; experience with social media management tools is a plus.
  • Passion for the fashion, beauty, and marketing industry, with a strong desire to stay current on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and influencer strategies.
