Position Summary: The Director, Account Services - Affiliate for the Affiliates Hospitality Program of the FIFA World Cup 26TMwill manage and enhance the hospitality experience of FIFA Affiliates and their guests during the FIFA World Cup 2026™. This role involves innovative hospitality management and strategic program design to ensure that FIFA sponsors, such as leading global brands and organizations receive exceptional service and value from their involvement in the event 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with FIFA Hospitality team, working under their guidance to ensure all tasks align with the event standards as well as sponsor expectations, to meet contractual obligations and deliver premium experiences.

  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of service for FIFA sponsors' hospitality journeys and delivery of their hospitality rights for both commercial hospitality’s and Affiliates villages’ journey.

  • Prepare necessary sales materials and correspondence, fulfilling package requirements, and overseeing the onsite delivery of the Commercial Hospitality Program.

  • Collaborate with sponsors to design custom packages that align with their brand objectives.

  • Maintain continuous communication with sponsors including their agencies to manage expectations, gather feedback, and address any specific requests or concerns. Build and sustain strong relationships to ensure sponsor satisfaction and long-term engagement.

  • Attend workshops by invitation and prepare and present updates for FIFA sponsors.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive service/retention strategies for all assigned Affiliates.

  • Lead and mentor a team of service professionals to achieve and exceed specified KPI’s.

  • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.

  • Finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track service activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of advanced Event, Hospitality, or Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale events and complex programs, ideally within a sports or significant public international event context.

  • Strong Relationship and Stakeholder Management Abilities: Skilled in nurturing relationships and providing customer service with high-value corporate sponsors and adept at balancing multiple stakeholder needs.

  • Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and implement innovative hospitality solutions that differentiate the sponsor experience and deliver added value.

  • Robust Financial Acumen: Competence in managing significant budgets and financial reporting, with a keen understanding of cost-efficiency and value creation.

  • Leadership and Team Development: Experience leading diverse teams and the ability to inspire and direct staff towards achieving excellence in service delivery.

  • Detail Oriented: Stay organized, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, crucial for engaging with various internal and external groups, including senior executives and VIPs.

  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to be inclusive and work effectively with diverse cultures and international clients, understanding and respecting cultural differences to enhance the guest experience.

The Affiliates Hospitality Program team members must bring a blend of creativity, strategic insight, and operational expertise to ensure that FIFA's corporate sponsors receive an outstanding return on their investment. These roles are essential for fostering strong sponsor relations and delivering a world-class hospitality experience at one of the globe's most celebrated sporting events, the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$112,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$150,000 annually
