Summary
The Electrical Craftsman will install instrumentation, commission projects, maintain control systems, ensure instrument calibration, and maintain efficient records for the ISO program. Responsibilities include programming and installing control systems, improving processes through batch operation programming, calibrating instruments, coordinating calibration with production, establishing calibration methods, training maintenance associates, scheduling calibrations, communicating system changes to production, responding to change requests, repairing/installing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting contractors. A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience plus certifications is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Rockwell Automation experience is desired.

Position Summary Installing instrumentation, starting up projects, maintaining control systems, maintaining instruments in proper calibration, maintaining efficientrecords for ISO program in a efficient, timely manner.
Essential Job Duties
Programming and Installing control systems in accordance with drawings and specifications
Improving processes through programming batch operations
Calibrating instruments to the highest possible accuracy
Coordinating calibration activity with production schedules
Establishing calibration methods
Training maintenance associates in techniques and methods to calibrate various instruments
Providing on the job training to maintenance associates in the repair and calibration of instrumentation
Schedule calibrations with production according to the ISO calibration schedule
Communicating with production the day to day changes to the systems
Responding to change requests by production management to control systems
Repairing, installing, or constructing equipment as directed by management
Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
Timely completion and follow-up on assignments and projects
Assisting outside contractors with projects or maintenance issues
Maintain a Safe Workplace, Environmentally Sound Operation, and Continuous S/H/E Improvement
