Job Description

As an Events & Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office spaces in Manchester and Newcastle Under Lyme. This includes completing facility and H&S site checks, liaising with external suppliers and contractors, organizing statutory compliance, reporting building issues, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. You'll also play a key role in managing our events, including recruiting, training, and monitoring Fire Marshals & First Aiders.
Must have:
  • IOSH or equivalent
  • Experience in facilities role in a similar size office space
  • Experience managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and self-organize

Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Our focus is on managing the property, procurement, health and safety, catering, cleaning security, maintenance, front of house, travel, space planning and events amongst other elements. We ultimately support the quality of the working environment and productivity of the core business functions.

So, what will you be doing?

• Completing daily facility and H&S site checks and paperwork

• Liaising with external third-party suppliers and contractors

• Organising statutory compliance and records

• Identifying and reporting building issues, i.e., electrical, signage etc.

• Complying with Health and Safety on site, maintaining records/ involvement with contractor management etc

• Recruiting, training and monitoring Fire Marshals & First Aiders

And what are we looking for?

• Possess IOSH or equivalent

• Demonstrate experience in a facilities role in a similar size office space

• Comfortable to travel between 2 sites based in Manchester & Newcastle Under Lyme

• Proven experience managing 3rd party suppliers.

• Able to Manage competing priorities and self-organize.
