  • 10 years of experience in Engineering or Safety Leadership.

We are now looking for Engineering and EHS Lead to lead all environmental, health, safety, and engineering operations at our site. This role ensures compliance with global and local EHS standards, effective execution of engineering projects, and the maintenance of utilities and facilities to guarantee safety, compliance, and productivity. Additionally, the position oversees OT/IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance, as well as the upkeep of facilities and utility systems to support seamless production.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Team Leadership: Guide the EHS and Engineering team to achieve site objectives through vision setting, objective setting, execution coaching, progress evaluation, staffing, team engagement, and career coaching.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the site meets global and local environmental, health, and safety standards. Develop governance, systems, and processes, and coach the site EHS leader on safety cultural programs.
  • Project Management: Lead the site capital systems and project team to deliver projects with excellence, meeting cost, schedule, safety/quality, OEE, and other business criteria. Support financial management and define investments that align with site objectives.
  • Maintenance and Cybersecurity: Oversee the execution of maintenance and cybersecurity for OT infrastructure, and ensure the installation of automation technology to achieve site productivity and growth goals.
  • Resource Management: Lead the team responsible for maintaining utilities, facilities, and production equipment to minimize breakdowns and ensure ongoing system maintenance. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly seek manufacturing improvements to meet site business needs.
  • Communication: Keep the Site Leader informed of progress, challenges, and successes through reports, meetings, and transparent communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with EHS and Engineering, conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 10 years in Engineering, or Safety Leadership.
  • Knowledge of engineering and safety standards, as well as lean manufacturing, will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills.
