We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients for the business.  This is an excellent position for someone passionate about our mission and wants to sharpen their selling skills.

 

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Make 50+ cold calls a day
  • Scheduling sales calls for Account Executives
  • Selling the value of joining our programs such as RamseyTrusted, RamseyEd, Ramsey Plus and SmartDollar
  • Overcoming objections

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Some professional work experience ideally in a sales or customer facing role
  • Confidence and mental toughness
  • Competitive spirit and not afraid to ask tough questions
  • Energetic, curious, and mature
  • Sense of humor is a must

Targeted Compensation $40,000 - $65,000/year* (includes base and commission)

* Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
