Sandbox VR is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Assistant to support two executives and oversee the daily operations of our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing top-tier administrative support and efficiently managing office functions. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the VP's complex calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements
- Given the fast paced nature of business, you'll need to proactively anticipate needs, quickly adapt to last minute changes, and resolve scheduling conflicts to maximize the VP’s productivity
- Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Facilitate effective communication, ensuring that messages are accurately relayed and all parties are kept informed
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects as assigned by executives
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions to ensure timely completion
- Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workspace
- Managing office supplies inventory, coordinating office maintenance and repairs, and handling administrative tasks related to office facilities
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a corporate or fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus

$63,663 - $80,000 a year
