Job Description
SOFTSWISS is seeking a Financial Specialist to join their expanding team. The Financial Specialist will be responsible for controlling workflows and payments, monitoring fund transactions, checking customer calculations, preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports, assisting in budgeting and financial forecasts, and reviewing data from business partners. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The specialist will be involved in all aspects of financial operations including participating in the budgeting process.
Must have:
- Higher education in finance/accounting
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- English and Russian proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial specialist.
We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Workflow and payments control
- Monitoring the correctness of fund transactions on payment systems:
- Accrual of the revenue component of the business line
- Participation in the budgeting process - Monthly customer’s calculations check and billing reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and periodical financial reporting
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Review and control data received from business partners
- Other ad hoc work as required
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance/accounting or related fields
- 5+ years of relevant work experience preferably within international companies
- English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with 1C and Xero or similar software
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organisational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
