Mercure Amsterdam City is looking for a Front Office Supervisor!
Are you looking for a job where you will be given a lot of responsibility? As a Front Office Supervisor, you support the Front Office Manager and ensure that our guests have a fantastic stay at our hotel. You are the face of Mercure Amsterdam City and the first point of contact for our hotel guests.
You organize the daily tasks of the team, ensure smooth operations, and proactively think about areas for improvement. You enjoy leading in a coaching manner and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm. You handle any complaints and make decisions when needed.
You foster team spirit and contribute to the department’s results by coming up with creative and innovative ideas and by identifying opportunities and challenges in a timely manner. You are also responsible for the registration, administration, and evaluation of your shift, which you report to the Front Office Manager. You communicate easily with other departments and radiate confidence to your team.
