Veeva CLM Project Manager

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Veeva CLM Project Manager for a fully remote, 12+ month opportunity with a leading American pharmaceutical company.

You’ll join the Digital Lab Interactive Visual Aid Team to create and route Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content for HCP Marketing Teams across the enterprise. This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies, driving impactful marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), fully remote role for a client based in Illinois.

Veeva CLM Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal or external agencies for design files that need updating.

• Serve as the Project Manager for routing marketing content through the Material Review Process using Veeva's Closed Loop Marketing Tool before handoff to the Marketing and Sales Teams.

• Create and maintain an inventory of components and template types across the enterprise to enable broad use of successful functionality and layouts.

• Participate in feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool.
  

Veeva CLM Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing.

• 3 years of experience (5+ years preferred) with Veeva CRM, creating, building, and executing Integrated Visual Augmentation Systems.

• Experience using Veeva CLM, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Asset Tools.

• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience (preferred).

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong client service and project management skills; must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.

• Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofing skills.

• Experience in pharma (preferred).
