The Global Head of Facilities and Leasing is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing Keywords Studios' global real estate portfolio. This includes facilities management, leasing strategies, workplace optimization, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning (BCP/DRP). The role requires alignment with business objectives, delivering operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability. The successful candidate will establish a blueprint for Keywords offices globally, concerning look, feel, and tech infrastructure. Responsibilities encompass real estate management, facilities management, leasing strategy and negotiation, workplace optimization, financial and risk management, and BCP/DRP. The role reports to the CFO and collaborates with senior leadership.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years experience in facilities management, leasing, or real estate
  • Strong knowledge of global real estate markets and compliance
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Strong understanding of BCP/DRP frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Good to have:
  • Professional certifications (IFMA, CoreNet Global MCR)
  • Experience with sustainable building practices
  • Familiarity with workplace technology platforms (IWMS, CAFM)
  • BCP/DRP certifications (CBCP, ISO 22301)

The Global Head of Facilities and Leasing is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the organization’s global portfolio of real estate assets, including facilities management, leasing strategies, workplace optimization, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP). The role ensures alignment with the company’s business objectives while delivering operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability across all locations, and establishing a blueprint for Keywords offices globally from a look and feel and tech infrastructure perspective. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or equivalent and collaborates closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s global real estate, workplace, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or real estate operations, with significant leadership experience in a global capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of global real estate markets, leasing practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-location portfolios.
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Strong understanding of BCP/DRP frameworks and implementation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, CoreNet Global MCR).
  • Experience implementing sustainable and energy-efficient building practices.
  • Familiarity with workplace technology platforms (e.g., IWMS, CAFM).
  • Certification or training in BCP/DRP (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301).
