Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Services team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Global Services Sourcing, Specialist
We will count on you to:
- Negotiate for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies to minimize the cost of purchases and to ensure business goals are met.
- Participate in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
- Implement and utilizes supply chain strategies to address capacity issues, etc.
- Develop and implements supply chain strategies and develops networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc.
- Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.
- Administer contracts in accordance with sourcing goals to ensure acceptable service levels.
- Research suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.

- Work directly with the suppliers to assure capacity and continuity of supply for specific components.
What you need to have:
- 5-7 Years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Spanish and English fluency.
- Extraordinary client focus skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.

What makes you stand out?
- Portuguese fluency preferred.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP
- Strong insurance and / or insurance broking business domain knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
