The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and experience with digital assets for mobile applications. They should be passionate about design, proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
Must have:

About the Role

Sago Mini is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our product team. In this role, you’ll create visually engaging digital assets for our apps while collaborating closely with the team to develop new concepts and refine existing templates.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design impactful digital assets that align with business objectives and resonate with kids and parents.
  • Craft visuals that elevate the brand using typography, color, illustration, and layout.
  • Manage, design, export, and implement creative assets across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, illustrators, and QA teams to ensure high-quality results.
  • Develop user-friendly, visually appealing digital assets that meet both business and user needs.
  • Iterate on ideas in collaboration with internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience : 5+ years in graphic design or a related field, with a portfolio that demonstrates impactful and innovative work.
  • Design Thinking : Proficient in applying design thinking principles to develop user-centered solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and business objectives.
  • Visual Design Expertise : Strong graphic design and layout skills. Experience with creating or editing illustrations is essential.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience creating digital assets for various platforms, especially for digital products or mobile applications.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Detail-Oriented : Impeccable attention to detail, combined with creative problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and/or 2D animation.
  • Experience using Figma.
  • Experience with video editing and photography.
