Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Creative Head with over 10 years of experience in the design field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both UI/UX and graphic design, and have a proven track record of leading design teams to success. As Creative Head, you will oversee the entire creative process, ensuring cohesive, innovative, and user-centric design solutions that align with our brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Innovate: Create engaging visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media assets, marketing campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.

Collaborate and Align: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and content creators to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that adhere to brand guidelines and strategic goals.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop and uphold brand identities, ensuring consistency across all visual elements and touchpoints.

Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Visual Arts, Motion Graphics, Graphic design, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience working in B2C environments, preferably within Travel Tech, Food Tech, Ecommerce, or related industries.

Possessing an in-depth knowledge of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, effectively articulating and presenting design concepts to stakeholders, while showcasing proven leadership and team management abilities.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc. dve

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
