WORK DESCRIPTION

General Human Resources operations

• Operate and set up HR related systems

• Manage performance reviews

• Employee mental health management and care

• Take initiative and operate events, trainings, etc. to improve internal engagements

General Recruiting operations

• Sourcing and screening candidates

• Be the point of contact for candidates and recruiters and handle interviews

• Plan and manage recruitment PR

• Manage application guidelines, coordinate with each department, etc.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

• Conversation-level Japanese and business-level English language skills

• Someone who enjoys supporting others

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Someone with knowledge or an interest in the video game or entertainment industry

• Experience in human resources or recruiting
