Industrialization Project Manager

As the Industrialization Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Lead one or more cross-functional project teams (10–15 people) focused on key operational areas such as manufacturing engineering, logistics, production, and quality.

   

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

   

• Coordinate with functional managers to secure necessary resources and expertise.

   

• Represent operations in broader company-wide product development teams.

   

• Ensure operational goals for quality, delivery, and cost are achieved throughout the product lifecycle.

   

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with business and production strategies.

   

• Promote collaboration and clear communication across teams to support successful implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

   

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing projects from initiation to completion

   

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

   

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially SAFe Agile

   

• Previous experience working in a production or operations environment preferred

   

• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement

   

• Demonstrated ability to manage change and mitigate project risks

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
