IT Support Engineer | Munich
A market-leading media company (specialising in VR solutions for entertainment and enterprise) are seeking an experienced IT support Engineer to join their team. While working flexible shifts, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of products and services to ensure clients’ requirements are met.
Main Duties:
- Completion of tasks
- Respond to call-outs in a timely manner
- Prioritize & manage multiple cases
- Provide support for hardware & software remotely
- Troubleshoot system / network problems
- Provide diagnosis and solutions of hardware & software faults
- Test / evaluate new technology
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience of how software and operating systems work
- Logical thinking
- Ability to problem-solve
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Confidently communicate problems and solutions to clients
- Fluent German & English
