Playrix is one of the most successful mobile game development companies in the world. In terms of mobile application revenue, we rank first in Europe and are in the top 3 worldwide. Our games have been installed 2.3 billion times (that's a third of the world's population!) and more than 30 million people around the world play them every day.
We are looking for an Automation Support Engineer with experience in automating services and processes using Python scripts. This is a position aimed at automating the work of the Playrix second-line technical support team, auditing our current processes, and initiating changes.
The vacancy is open in our Services Support (L2) team, which consists of six true professionals in their field. Thanks to the IT Support team, the life of more than 3,000+ Playrix employees from 50+ countries is made easier (for example, ready-made IT solutions may not fit Playrix processes, so the L2 team customizes or creates its own solutions to fulfill the company's needs). And we want you to become a part of this team!

A high level of responsibility and autonomy, allowing you to develop and implement your own solutions to improve processes
The freedom to switch out processes and approaches for more efficient ones without lengthy approvals or bureaucracy
Diverse tasks from different areas of IT Support—you can deepen your expertise and gain new skills
