Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a NOC Engineer to monitor and support production systems, ensuring service availability. Responsibilities include verifying service availability, providing status updates, identifying root causes of production issues, and coordinating with operations and engineering teams to resolve problems. The role involves 24/7 shift work, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills, and experience with Microsoft servers and SQL is mandatory. Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell/Bash/Python) and monitoring/logging tools is advantageous.

Must have:

Monitor and support production systems
Ensure service availability
Provide status updates
Microsoft Servers (MCP level) experience
SQL experience
Technical troubleshooting
24/7 shift availability

Good to have:

Powershell/Bash/Python scripting
Experience with monitoring and logging tools

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor and support production systems, ensure service availability, provide status updates, and coordinate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.

What You'll Do

The NOC (Network Operation Center) engineer is responsible for monitoring and supporting company production systems.

He/She will verify service availability, send out status updates, identify root causes of production issues, coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify errors and anomalies.

What We're Looking For

Ability to work in 24*7 shifts including weekends and holidays
Technical troubleshooting ability
Fluent English (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer Science/Software Engineering /Industrial and Management degree / Students
Ability to write technical protocols and procedures for system alerts and malfunctions
Previous experience or knowledge in Microsoft servers (MCP level) - Must
Previous experience or knowledge in SQL - Must
Knowledge in the following script languages: Powershell/Bash/Python - An advantage
Previous experience with monitoring and logging tools - An advantage
