IT Support Engineer II

Your main role is to offer a high standard of technical and customer service to the staff of King locally in the Stockholm office where you will be under the supervision of the Associate Manager, IT Support. You have a strong technical background and are skilled in working with Windows, Mac OSX and Linux in a harmonious environment. You have professional experience in a rapidly expanding company within the IT Support function and enjoy taking charge of IT issues.

Main responsibilities

• Working as a team, but also on occasion autonomously, providing end user support for applications and systems like Microsoft Office, Azure, Adobe CC Suite, VPN, and video conferencing systems.

• Have skills with IT support tools including but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, antivirus, imaging tools, MobileIron/MDM solutions, disk encryption, spam management.

• You are familiar with iOS and Android mobile devices.

• Ensure joiners and leavers IT requirements are managed correctly.

• Create and update documentation using a Wiki, both local and global.

• Mentor customers and deliver end user training as required.

• Accurately troubleshooting and resolving onsite IT issues.

• Manage the IT assets through their entire lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.

• Process IT Support tickets to ensure SLAs are met locally, contributing to them on a global scale

 Skills

• 2+ years’ experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting of PCs and Macs.

• Experience administrating the Microsoft suite of applications, Azure, InTune, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.

• Customer service-orientated team player who possesses excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information.

• Ability to gather and translate user expectations to technical solutions.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and email systems (Exchange/Office 365).

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications such as Microsoft Office suite.

• Awareness of IT security standards and principles.

• ITIL/PRINCE2 experience as a bonus skill.

• Basic understanding of internal networks (routing, DNS, DHCP, etc).

• Excellent written and spoken English.
