We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team in Bucharest!

What you'll get to do:

• Responsible for uploading, requesting approval and posting invoices / receipts in the accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics-Navision);
• Record and reconcile bank statements;
• Reconciliation of vendor balances;
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances;
• Reconciliation of accruals and prepayment accounts;
• Any other ad hoc requirement related to finance department.

What You need to know:

• Bachelor’s degree in an Economics related field;
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in accounting;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-Navision is a plus;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Very good organizer, attention to details, analytical mind;
• English knowledge – medium level;
• Ability to follow documented procedures, logical thinking;
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve;
• Proactive in improving and automating some of the activity;
• Capable of researching standards for registering certain operations;
• Very good communication skills;
• Good handle on working under pressure;
• Outstanding work ethics.

• Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

• Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)
