Job Description

As a Lead IT QA Analyst at Ecolab, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continually improving policies, processes, and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services to businesses and customers. You will prepare detailed test specifications from which programs will be tested and evaluated, design, code, test, debug, and document those programs. You will be competent to work at the most phases of applications systems analysis and have a good understanding of a business or function. You may be responsible for completion of a phase of a project. You will regularly provide guidance and training to less experienced analyst/programmers.

Must have:
