This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leaders. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling basic data gathering tasks. Proficiency in Google Suite Applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.) and experience with Concur is essential.
Must Have:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any other related discipline
- 4 to 5 years of past administrative and support experience
- Google Suite Applications – GMail, Google Doc, Google Slides, etc
- Use of Concur
- Well organized with the ability to plan and prioritize
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with others
- Good communication in English, both written and verbal
