Job Description

The Senior User Acquisition Manager plays a strategic role in Mistplay's global expansion. This key operational role requires managing a $1M+ monthly advertising budget, overseeing campaigns across various channels (SDKs, DSPs, Facebook, etc.), and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns based on KPIs. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners, identifying new strategies, fostering relationships, working with cross-functional teams, and staying current on industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing/mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry, expertise in mobile advertising technology, strong negotiation skills, and data analysis capabilities. This is a 12-month contract position.
Must have:
  • 4-6+ years experience in digital marketing/mobile user acquisition in gaming

Le gestionnaire sénior de l'acquisition d'utilisateurs joue un rôle stratégique dans la poursuite de l'expansion mondiale de l'entreprise. L'objectif principal du poste est d'accroître la base d'utilisateurs de l'entreprise sur des marchés dédiés en optimisant les campagnes de marketing à la performance sur divers réseaux tiers et canaux sociaux.

Sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe de l'acquisition d'utilisateurs, il s'agit d'un rôle opérationnel clé qui requiert un équilibre unique de compétences en matière de créativité, de réflexion analytique, de communication/négociation efficace et de développement commercial. Le gestionnaire sénior de l'acquisition d'utilisateurs doit être capable de générer des performances à grande échelle en développant des opérations stratégiques et des relations commerciales. Le candidat idéal a de l'expérience dans le marketing mobile ou le marketing numérique et a une forte compréhension de l'industrie du jeu mobile à l'échelle mondiale. Il s'agit d'un contrat de 12 mois.

Tes missions chez Mistplay :
Gérer un budget publicitaire mensuel supérieur à 1 million de dollars
Superviser les campagnes sur différents canaux et plateformes, y compris les SDK, les DSP et Facebook.
Analyser les données de performance, établir des rapports sur les indicateurs clés et communiquer efficacement des informations exploitables aux parties prenantes afin d'optimiser les campagnes en fonction des indicateurs clés de performance.
Collaborer avec les partenaires pour s'aligner efficacement sur les objectifs et les stratégies.
Identifier et évaluer de nouveaux partenaires, plateformes et stratégies de campagne afin d'améliorer les performances.
Favoriser et renforcer les relations avec les partenaires nouveaux et existants.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (créative, données, produit, juridique).
Se tenir informé des tendances créatives et contribuer à des idées nouvelles et innovantes lors des sessions d'idéation.

Ce que nous recherchons:
4 à 6 ans d'expérience dans le marketing numérique et/ou l'acquisition d'utilisateurs mobiles dans l'industrie du jeu.
Baccalauréat en marketing/finance ou expérience équivalente
Connaissance approfondie de la technologie de la publicité mobile, y compris des plateformes d'attribution
Solides compétences en négociation et expérience dans la gestion des contrats avec les fournisseurs
Capacité à analyser les données de performance et les métriques pour guider les décisions relatives aux opérations de l'AU
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec l'équipe de conception de Mistplay pour aider à produire des créations publicitaires performantes et basées sur des données.
Expérience préalable dans le travail avec les réseaux SDK, DSP, SSP, Facebook, et Google. Cela peut inclure ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, Fyber, et d'autres.
Motivé pour acquérir de nouvelles compétences et travailler avec de nouvelles technologies.

English Job Description - Senior UA Manager

The Senior User Acquisition Manager plays a strategic role in the company's continued global expansion. The position’s primary objective is to grow the company’s user base in dedicated markets by optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various third-party networks and social channels.

Reporting to the Team Lead of User Acquisition, this is a key operational role that requires a unique balance of skill in creativity, analytical thinking, effective communication/negotiation, and business development. The Senior User Acquisition Manager must be able to drive performance at scale through the development of strategic operations and business relations. The ideal candidate has experience with mobile marketing or digital marketing and has a strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry on a global scale. This role is a 12 month contract.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage a monthly advertising budget exceeding $1M
Oversee campaigns across various channels and platforms, including SDKs, DSPs, and Facebook
Analyze performance data, report on key metrics, and effectively communicate actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize campaigns based on KPIs
Collaborate with partners to align on goals and strategies effectively
Identify and evaluate new partners, platforms, and campaign strategies to enhance performance
Foster and strengthen relationships with both new and existing partners
Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, data, product, legal)
Stay informed about creative trends and contribute to fresh, innovative ideas during ideation sessions

What We're Looking For:
4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry
Undergraduate degree in marketing/finance or equivalent experience
Deep expertise with mobile advertising technology, including attribution platforms
Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing vendor contracts
Ability to analyze performance data and metrics to guide decisions related to UA operations
Ability to effectively collaborate with the Mistplay Design Team to help produce high performing & data-driven ad creatives
Previous experience in working with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, and Google. This can include ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, Fyber, and others.
Motivated to learn new skills and work with new technologies
Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken in English
Someone who is up to date on the latest user acquisition trends, shifts in market dynamics, and emerging platforms

Bonus:
Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or other programming experience
Familiarity with email marketing and push notification campaigns
Experience with Photoshop
Additional spoken and written languages!
Experience advertising on social networks like TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter
