Job Description

The Lead Product Engineer will be responsible for driving key customer engagement success and delivering high-quality solutions on time. The role involves regular participation in customer meetings, effective communication to understand project requirements, and close collaboration with RD/PE teams to influence product development. Additional responsibilities include managing beta programs, creating documentation, tracking customer issues, verifying new advanced features, and conducting customer training. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical insight, the ability to identify root causes, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have:
  • 3+ years industry experience with an MSEE or 5+ years with a BSEE.
  • In-depth knowledge in signal/power integrity and analysis for IC package and PCB designs.
  • Basic Perl and Python coding for analysis flow automation.
  • Patience to listen to feedback and strong technical insight.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Position requirements:

  • Candidate must have 3+ years relevant industry experience with an MSEE -or- 5+ years’ experience with a BSEE
  • In-depth knowledge & industry experience in signal/power integrity and analysis for IC package and PCB designs
  • Basic Perl and Python coding capability for analysis flow automation
  • The patient to listen feedback and has a strong technical insight to identify the root cause
  • Good oral and written communication skills
