We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to become a key player in our R&D team and drive the evolution of our cutting-edge product. What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Product Managers and designers, to create and deliver features that meet user needs and drive business success.
End-to-end development cycle of backend software components, covering research, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues throughout the stack, from design to implementation.
Mentor and support developers to help them refine their skills and excel in their roles.
Drive innovation and provide a clear technological strategy to guide your team towards success.

You're the ideal candidate if you have/are:

6+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js and Go programming, and extensive experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
A problem-solving attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Experience with cloud platforms and building scalable microservices architectures.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and work effectively with a team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
