As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management
  • 7 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio
  • Deliver executive and industry communications that enable business growth
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management
Good to have:
  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience working in quality management, quality systems and quality improvement programs
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of program managers

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 7 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in quality management, quality systems and quality improvement programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Deliver executive and industry communications that enable business growth. 
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management. 
  • Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of program managers to design and implement our OCISO Advisory Services strategy alongside OCISO industry and geo leads, advisors, and other experts
  • Partner with OCISO leadership to capture and drive new additions, improvements, and adjustments of service design and delivery tools and methodologies to continuously improve our services with their input,
